All-Inclusive Bali Mindfulness Retreat Packages

An all-inclusive Bali mindfulness retreat package covers accommodation, every daily session, all meals, scheduled spa treatments, one-to-one coaching, in-programme excursions, and airport transfers in a single per-person price, so the only costs left after booking are flights, visas, insurance, and personal spending.

The point of the format is not luxury, it is the removal of decisions. Guests who arrive tired should not be choosing restaurants, negotiating transport, or deciding whether a session is worth the extra cost. On an all-inclusive programme those questions are settled before you land.

What does “all-inclusive” actually cover?

The term is used loosely across the wellness travel market, so the only reliable definition is the written inclusion list attached to your quote. On our packages the boundary sits at the retreat gate: everything inside the programme is prepaid, and everything relating to getting to Bali is yours.

Why do guests choose the single-price format?

Decision fatigue is the specific problem an all-inclusive retreat solves. Research-informed programme design treats every small choice as a drain on the same attention you came to restore, which is why the strongest retreat weeks remove choices rather than multiply them.

There is a budgeting benefit too. Retreats sold as a base rate plus extras can end up costing considerably more once meals, treatments, transfers, and private sessions are added at the venue, and those additions are usually decided when you are least inclined to do arithmetic. A single figure agreed in advance removes that entirely.

What does an all-inclusive day contain?

Bali sits close to the equator, so sunrise falls between roughly 6:00 and 6:30 am year-round and practice is scheduled into the cool early morning, leaving the humid middle of the day free.

  • Early morning: waking bell, tea, guided seated meditation
  • Morning: yoga or breath practice, then breakfast without devices
  • Late morning: taught session on attention, stress, sleep, or self-compassion
  • Afternoon: included spa therapy, rest, swimming, or a private coaching slot
  • Late afternoon: restorative yoga or yoga nidra
  • Evening: dinner, group circle, then a guided sleep practice

Every session is optional. Guests who need to sleep instead are encouraged to, and included treatments can usually be rescheduled within the stay.

How long should an all-inclusive stay be?

Three nights suits a first experience or a short reset, while seven nights allows the full arc of decompression, deepening, a silent day, and integration. The all-inclusive format shows its value most on longer stays, because the number of meals and treatments bundled in grows with the length of the programme.

Where are all-inclusive retreats based?

Most all-inclusive programmes are based inland around Ubud in Gianyar regency, where forest, river valleys, and rice terraces produce cool mornings and quiet nights, or on the southwest coastal belt around Canggu for guests who want ocean access. The inland drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport commonly takes one and a half to two hours or more depending on traffic, which is why arrival transfers are built into the package.

Split stays across both regions are available on bookings of five nights or more, with internal transport included. Because inclusion lists differ between venues and seasons, we issue the exact list in writing with every quote rather than relying on a generic description.

How is the price determined?

Five variables set the figure: number of nights, room and villa standard, whether the retreat is small-group or fully private, how many spa and one-to-one sessions are bundled, and your travel dates relative to Bali’s dry season, which runs roughly April to October and is the busiest period. Wet season dates, roughly November to March, generally offer more flexibility.

Because those combinations are quoted per itinerary rather than from a fixed shelf price, we prepare a written quote once we know your dates and group size. If you want to see how seasonal and early-booking offers work first, our Bali meditation and mindfulness retreat deals page explains each deal type.

Frequently asked questions

Are flights included in an all-inclusive retreat package?

No. Flights are excluded from every package because fares vary enormously by origin city, airline, and booking date, and most guests prefer to use their own points or preferred carrier. Airport transfers at the Bali end are included. Book flights only after your retreat dates are confirmed in writing, and send the flight number so transfers can be timed to your landing.

Can I get a refund for sessions I choose not to attend?

No, because the package price reflects the full programme being reserved and staffed for you rather than a per-session charge. Nothing is compulsory, so skipping a session carries no penalty and no partial refund. Included spa treatments can often be moved to another day within your stay if you are unwell or resting.

Are dietary requirements covered by full board?

Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and common allergy requirements are catered for as part of full board, and kitchens are briefed before arrival so ingredients can be sourced locally rather than improvised on the day. Provide details at the time of booking. Guests following medically directed diets should confirm specifics with us so the kitchen brief is exact.

What happens if I need to change my dates after booking?

Change terms depend on how far from the start date the request is made and on the venue holding your room, so they are stated in writing on your booking confirmation rather than assumed. Contact us as early as possible, since earlier requests are far easier to accommodate. Travel insurance covering cancellation is recommended for every booking.
